Ambition Weather Policy

We Play in the Rain! Practice Will Only Be Canceled in Case of Thunder, Lightning or Severe Weather.

If weather at anytime becomes unsafe or unbearable we will cancel practice or seek shelter inside the St. Luke's athletic center if the weather turns while practice is in session. If practice is ended early we will shelter inside the athletic center and you will be notified through the league apps system via email and /or text. We will also post weather notifications on our social medial outlet "stories" -Instagram & Facebook so we recommend you follow those account for updates.

Please do not call text or email our staff asking if practice is cancelled if rain or storms are forecasted, or if they roll in during practice.

We Are Not Equipped to Field Individual Inquiries.

Our club policy is that we will make an announcement at least 1.5 hours prior to the first practice start time of the day if practice will be canceled AND post on our Instagram & FB story. Our Staff will be busy coaching our players and cannot be fielding phone calls regarding weather.

Emails will be sent DURING practice if we need to cancel practice that's in session and end early, and your child may call or text you to pick them up while sheltering indoors if they have a phone.

No Email, Text or Social Media Post Stating Practice is Canceled = Practice is on as Scheduled

Although our weather policy states that we play in the rain, if the weather is extreme, unsafe or unbearable we will not hold practice. We will make every effort to reschedule for weather cancellations whenever possible, however field reservations are made over 6 months in advance so this is not always feasible. That said, there are no guaranteed make ups for weather related cancellations. There are no refunds nor credits for cancellations due to inclement weather.

REFUND POLICY:

All Ambition registration fees are non-refundable. The ONLY exception would be a season ending injury preventing participation for the full season in its entirety to qualify for a partial injury refund.
For consideration of a partial injury refund we require written notice at least 30 days in advance of the season start date accompanied by a Doctor's note stating the inability to participate for full duration of the season -dates MUST be specified.
A partial injury refund may be considered on a case by case basis of up to 75% of paid balance above and beyond the non refundable deposits for all programs, all processing and payment plan fees.

Each program registration requires players to accept these terms in the form of a signed agreement in order to register and participate.


Players have the option to purchase registration insurance with each program registration which we strongly recommend and make available to protect player registration fees in case of a non-qualifying injury or event.
