2022-2023 AMBITION WINTER PROGRAMS

   AMBITION LACROSSE OFFERS UNPARALLELED COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING LIKE NO OTHER CLUB !  We offer our busy players flexible winter training options in small sessions to allow for players to form fit their winter training around their schedules.Players can select from all or any of the three winter options.

  TEAM TRAINING    AMBITION WINTER TEAM TRAINING IS OPEN TO FULL ROSTER TOURNAMENT TEAM PLAYERS ONLY. Our  winter team training sessions focus on high rep stick skill drills, shooting, dodging, defense; footwork, game situation drills, team offensive and defensive concepts and scrimmaging.  

  SKILLS CLINIC SESSIONS   Group skills training open to our practice players and full rostered players as well as our partner club, CT Grizzlies players who are looking to improve their individual skills in preparation for their spring & summer lacrosse seasons. Skills sessions will focus on individualized player instruction and skill development. High rep Stick work, shooting form and accuracy, proper defensive footwork and body positioning,  legal and safe checking techniques, game situation. drills and scrimmaging to put it all together!  Small group instruction based upon age & skill level. 

 NO MAKEUPS FOR MISSED SESSIONS, WE EXPECT WINTER PROGRAMS TO SELL OUT BASED UPON PREVIOUS YEARS.

Once we reach capacity for indoor sessions we will go to a waitlist, we recommend you register ASAP as all of our winter programs  sold out and were on a waitlist last winter.
